A year later, as I was packing for my New Mexico trip, I pulled it off the bookcase, looked through it quickly and chose a project. As I browsed, I saw several that I liked. So after I get home I will be working on some more.
This was an easy enough project. It was a bit messy though, from the oozing orange juice. Besides the sticky fingers, you'll have fun.
To make these pomanders, you will need: oranges, cloves and a needle. I tried to pick the most orangey oranges I could find. They are prettier. The cloves were a bit pricey. I paid $10.98 for my jar. I hope you can find it for less.
Go get some oranges and cloves, gather your friends and family, and make some of these pomanders. They make a great teacher's gift.
Now it's your turn. Link up a project you've made from any craft book. And enter to win prizes too.
