Being in an older rental can be very challenging to decorate. You renters out there know what I mean. There are painting restrictions, and you can't knock out a wall... (lol I wish). Aaanyway, the books I've had my nose in recently are building up my confidence to tackle some decorating projects.

But really when you think about it, we may plan all we want but there is no way to be 100% sure of anything. We may want to move but it may not work out. In her book Myquillyn shares her experience with twelve moves, yep, twelve!! She helped me to see that making a house or an apartment a warm, comfortable place to share with your family is important whether you own the place or not, whether you know how long you'll be there or not.

I did not finish this book the first time around, so I borrowed it again. Glad I did. I'm really enjoying it. I recommend it for homeowners and renters alike.
