What it did include was: fabric, scissors, fusible bond web, ironing board and iron and a bandana. The only other thing needed are ring clips.
This is such a fast way to make curtains. First, measure your windows. Decide how much fullness you want in your curtains. If you want just a bit of fullness you can add 1/2 again the width of fabric. If you want it pretty full just double your width.
(Example: Your window is 32" wide. Measure out 32" + 16" of fabric for slight fullness.)
Then, add 2" to all four sides for your hems. Got it? Now cut your fabric.
