1 - 2 TBS olive oil
cumin and/or turmeric
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. (Every oven is a bit different so it might take a bit longer in your oven.) What you are looking for is browned chickpeas that make a rattling noise when you shake the sheet back and forth. Got it? The chickpeas should be toasted and crunchy. Grab one and taste.
