He was making himself a hearty peanut butter and honey sandwich which did the trick. By that I mean it held him over till lunch.
But who wants to eat pb&h every single morning? Not me. So I have been looking for an alternative. It had to be filling and provide protein. I found this recipe over at YouTube's KinCommunity and we love it. It's a breakfast casserole and we made it together for Sunday brunch and had it with a salad.
I am still on the lookout for something else he can have. Got any ideas?
